ABOUT US

AREA 42 is an entirely adjustable modern and contemporary 2 500 meter squares space, housed in a building created by architect Michel Polak. Revisited by the french designer and architect Edouard Poullain and Gi Monseu, the AREA 42 has lots of things to discover: Steel stairscase, ceiling made from glass blocks, vegetal wall room.
Equipped with the very latest technology; combined with its refined architecture and clean lines, Area 42 is the perfect venue to host your: conferences, congresses, seminars, receptions, business meetings, etc. For fun and pleasure, professional or private events…

The two levels can host 980 people and include 4 main rooms :

AREA 1 : a 300 sits conference room with a garden square
AREA 2 : 2 double rooms framing a court yard and its japenese garden
AREA 3 : 2 subspaces separated by acoustics curtains with a view of the « Little Manhattan » district
AREA 4 : a 521 square meters room with a ceiling made from glass blocks

OVERVIEW

Conference : an equipped room for 100 to 300 seated people + 3 meeting rooms for 40 to 70 seated people free of technical equipment. Possibility of a conférence room for 450 people free of technical equipment.
Seated dîner : 180 to 250 people with view on stage
Seated diner 100 to 700 people on the same level
Walking diner : 100 to 980 people

Free of catering with corckage fees of 7€/person/day with a minimum of 700 € excl. VAT. You can choose one of our 4 caterars with no corckage fees.
Free of technical equipment but you have our sound + light equipment at your disposal with no extra charge
Private parking of 140 spots in the evenings and week-ends, 20 spots at day time + easy shuttle with the PASSAGE 44 parking (650 spots).
